Job summary

To provide a comprehensive and high quality operational service to all Medical and Dental trainees and Host Training Trusts within Health Education North East (HENE).

Main duties of the job

To provide an effective and efficient administrative service to whole LET team including:Managing the incoming calls on the LET Recruitment Helpdesk and taking ownership of the Helpdesk system.To contribute to the delivery of LET plans and programmes as identified within key objectives.Assist LET team with administrative support on new starters, employee relations issues, recruitment and payroll tasks.Responsibility for data entry and clearance of new starters on the ESR system.Assisting on the maintenance of the HEENE TIS system to meet minimum dataset.Maintaining the LET E-Induction ESR information and assisting with development requirements. Taking responsibility for E-Induction queries from LET team, Training Trusts and Employees.Point of contact within the LET to provide support to learners regarding e-Learning queries.Provide ESR admin support to the OLM Administrator and the HR team.Maintaining self-development, in both professional and personal terms, along with personal/professional development of other HR staffGeneral duties including, filing, photocopying, emails, telephone cover etc.Any other duties, including project work applicable at this level
