The closing date is 11 February 2026

Job summary

Park Parade Surgery is looking to welcome a salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 6 sessions per week.

Our clinical team includes 5 GPs, 2 practice nurses, a health care assistant, pharmacist, physiotherapist, phlebotomist, dietician and social prescriber.

We strive to deliver the best patient care possible and our excellent Friends and Family Staff Test scores reflect this. We work hard to ensure continuity as it is beneficial for patients and rewarding for staff.

Staff wellbeing is a high priority and we have 2 wellbeing leads to support this. There are regular staff events which have included beach picnics, a Bake-Off competition, charity events and pottery painting! We have daily huddles and lunch together and there is an open-door policy ensuring clinical cases and any concerns can be discussed.

In joining Park Parade Surgery, you will gain the benefits of a small, friendly practice with a family feel whilst benefitting from the opportunities and resilience that being part of NPC brings.

Please note we reserve the right to close this vacancy prior to the closing date if a suitable number of applications have been received.

Main duties of the job
