Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team on ward as a Nursing Assistant. The Trust is committed to providing opportunities for development for all staff to help reach their full potential and if not already obtained there is an expectation that the Care Certificate Programme will be completed. We also provide training opportunities to enhance clinical skills required to provide high and safe quality of care in line with the Trust values.

Main duties of the job
Ward 23 is an orthogeriatric ward with 26 patients. Patient's are over 65 years old and requires assistance with mobility, personal care and activites of daily living. Will be required to assist patient's with dementia and delerium, and are also at a high risk of falls. This can be challenging and busy at times. We are a dementia friendly ward with an enthusiastic team who seek to deliver quality care to all out patients whilst supporting relatives and carers as well.
