Want to shape the future of apprenticeships and make a difference developing our NHS workforce? Join us as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and become a leader in developing and implementing standards of excellence in apprenticeship delivery.
In this role you will supervise members of the apprenticeship delivery team and work with curriculum leads to assure apprenticeship provision in line with Trust and national regulatory standards. You would also handle data and information sources to inform strategic decision making and progress through a robust quality improvement plan. Candidates should have experience working with apprenticeship standards and quality assurance.
Main duties of the job
Full duties of the role can be found within the attached job description a brief summary of the responsibilities are;
- Programme Delivery: Ensuring effective systems and processes to support apprenticeship services and meet key performance indicators.Use fit-for-purpose educational interventions, to manage and maintain curriculum delivery in line with appropriate regulatory legislation and staff development needs.
- Reporting & Planning:Contribute information to strategic reporting dashboards, committee and board papers to inform future service objectives
- Coordinating & Supervising: Supervise a sub-set of the apprenticeship services team. Foster collaboration through inclusive leadership practice with curriculum leads to coordinate essential and aspirational apprenticeship delivery standards. Work with stakeholders to co-plan delivery of apprenticeship solutions across the workforce
