Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurses to join the Mental Health Services for Older People (MHSOP). The vacancy is for our functional mental health ward (Ward 21).

We are very passionate about delivering high quality person centred care for our patients and providing support for carers/relatives.

Main duties of the job

Deliver safe and high quality care to patients.
Named nurse for group of patients.
Participate in ward rounds, multidisciplinary team meetings and work as a member of the MDT.
Administer medications.
Risk assess, care plan and evaluate care.
Co-ordinate shifts, delegating duties.
