We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with an NMC Registered Nursing Associateor Registered Nurse status, along with experience in supporting students in clinical placements. Main duties of the job
As an Apprentice Academic Workplace Coach, you will:
oTrack learner progress, provide interventions, and offer crucial support to apprentices
oWork directly with Trust clinical educators to support students in the clinical environment
o Review apprentice evidence and reflections, helping them identify gaps and find workplace opportunities
oSupport the Health and Care Academy in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies
o Maintain your clinical registration by regularly working within your scope of practice across the Trust
o Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership

- Recognised supervision teaching and assessing of students qualification, such Practice Assessor.
- NMC Registered Nursing Associate Qualification/ Registered Nurse.
- o Foundation of Science (level 5) or BSc degree.
Desirable
- Professional Nursing Advocate.
- Relevant Teaching Qualification such as PGCert.
