Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic team of People (HR) professionals based at Seaton Delaval in an People (HR) Advisor role. We are seeking a motivated and conscientious individual to work within our fast-paced Operational People (HR) Team.

This role is pivotal in supporting the provision of a high-quality People (HR) service that is focussed on supporting staff across the organisation to achieve outcomes in line with the vision and values of the Trust.

The posts will be based at Seaton Delaval, Whitley Bay, however the post holder will be required to work at other sites within the Trust on a regular basis. Ability to meet these travel requirement is therefore essential. Blended/flexible working is supported by the Trust.

Main duties of the job

You will be the first point of contact providing advice and support to line managers and employees across a range of employee relations matters, including:

Management of attendance;
Terms and conditions of employment;

Dignity at Work.
