To assist the qualified nursing staff in the delivery of high quality patient care.
To provide assistance and support tp patients, carers and the MDT
To be responsible for own nursing care standards and to maintain high clinical standards.
To assist in ensuring a clean, safe and hygienic ward environment.
Main duties of the job
To work under the supervision of a qualified nurse and assist in the implementation of patient care.
Direct Patient Care including End of Life.
Record patient Observations
Prepare the clinical area for procedures.
Perform bladder scans, ECG, maintain pt records on IT / Nerve Centre.
