Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen on Ward 25 North Tyneside General Hospital. We require a nursing assistant to join our brand new ward and team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced candidates who have commitment to ensuring safe and high quality care is delivered to our patients, as well as being a role model and supporting other members of the MDT.

You will be expected to work as part of a dynamic nursing team, delivering all aspects of care to patients and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable but notessential. This post will be rotational between day/night shift and cover seven days a week.

Main duties of the job

To work under the supervision of a qualified nurse and assist in the implementation of bothdirect and non-direct patient care.
To provide and promote high quality care under the guidance of a qualified healthcareprofessional.
