Job summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual into a busy working environment.
The aim of the role is to clean, sterilise and pack instruments for use in operating theatres and ensure sets are in full working order.To deliver equipment and stock to ward and departments ensuring that all dirty equipment is returned to the SSD department for processing.Assist in the checking and processing of equipment and the wrapping of equipment ready for return to the wards/department.Transport equipment across sites as necessary to ensure a seamless service.
The department works to controlled environments and standards which meet ISO9001/EN13485 conditions aim of the role is to clean, sterilise and pack instruments for use in operating theatres and ensure sets are in full working order.
