Job summary

As an Information Analyst, you will provide high-quality information and analysis to the organisation and external stakeholders within either the Surgical or Medicine Division. You will work closely with clinicians and senior managers to understand their needs, develop effective reporting tools, and deliver insights that support informed decision-making. The role requires strong engagement skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships that help improve patient care.

Main duties of the job
These roles are based within the Business Intelligence Unit at Gloucestershire Hospitals Foundation Trust. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical capabilities, along with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex information to a range of different stakeholders. The candidate will need to be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise their own workload when there are conflicting deadlines.
We are therefore looking for analysts who have a drive and passion for delivering an exemplar BI service. Individuals who are both forward thinking and solutions orientated.
