We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support the organisation's strategic objectives, improve workforce productivity and aid recruitment & retention, using their expertise across all contractual issues and employment law relating to pay and reward and national Terms & Conditions.
Reporting into the Deputy Director for People & OD (HR & People Change) you will use your strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to deliver meaningful change, and by driving robust controls and governance, you'll play a key part in contributing to the Trust's financial sustainability, realising tangible savings and cost reductions year on year.
