Job responsibilities

• Developing 1-, 3- and 5-year strategy plans
• Work force planning
• Provide clinical input to commissioners for pathway development, quality control and referral patterns
• Interface with the Trusts procurement, audit and management departments
• Organise and attend business performance meetings for their Specialty
• Contributing to external reviews and Regulators

• Senior clinician, demonstrating successful clinical practice and good reputation

• Background in Critical Care
