Job summary

Processing requisitions, handling order enquiries, equipment sourcing, order processing and much more.

Main duties of the job

To work within a fast paced, small team responsible for providing quality procurement service to our end users and colleagues.

Processing requisitions, handling order enquiries, equipment sourcing, obtaining quotes, reporting, order processing and investigating invoice queries.

Liaising with our end users, suppliers and colleagues to ensure high levels or service are provided.

Responsible for the ordering of Goods, Services and works as required under the direction of the Procurement Specialist, to achieve the most economically advantageous result at least risk, and consistent with EU Public Procurement Regulations, Standing Financial Instructions and the operational requirements of the Customers. This will include but not limited to:

Processing enquiries received from Customers and Suppliers

Obtaining prices and quotations

Handling invoice queries

Telephone handling

Goods and equipment sourcing
