Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly, and dynamic individual to join our Corporate Education team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The Corporate Education Team is responsible for providing a range of training provisions such as Manual Handling, Conflict Resolution and Trust Induction. The administration team are also responsible for booking and arranging a wide range of other training sessions, across various specialties.

The main purpose of this role is to provide professional and comprehensive administration support, dealing with enquiries and a variety of administrative duties covering course bookings, updating staff training on the Trust's Training Record Management System, photocopying and general administrative support for the Corporate Education Team.

The post holder will be supported and trained by experienced administrative staff and work closely with the Corporate Education Business Manager. This individual will report directly to the Corporate Education Business Manager, but will work closely with the wider Corporate Education team in ensuring the day-to-day deliverables are met.

- Chasing of registers that are not delivered in a timely manner
