An opportunity has arisen for a full or part time reliable, motivated and flexible individual to join Community Services and be part of the Administration Team.
The post holder will be expected to work evenings and weekends up until 10pm, on a rota basis providing support to Community Nursing, working within the Single Point of Access Team based at Regent Point. The role will include receiving calls from patients, carers, relatives, Health Professionals and other service users.
The admin staff within thisservices work between 8am and 10pmon a rota basis including evening, weekends and bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work alongside other clerical staff to evaluate and prioritise workload in a busy environment and respond to the constantly changing needs of the service users in line with local and national targets. They willprovide a high standard of admin support to clinical staff handling telephone calls, usingelectronic health record SystmOneand receiving requests from patients, carers, service users and Health professionals.
