- Act as thefirst point of contact for the team, providing a professional and welcoming service.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, includingtaking accurate minutes and ensuring timely distribution of actions.
- Liaise confidently with other services and departmentsup to Board level across the Trust.
- Maintain appointment diaries for members of theBoard Management Team, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with theutmost discretion at all times.
- Take on aTeam Lead role, supporting and guiding administrative colleagues to ensure high standards and efficient workflows.

- Previous experience in a PA / secretarial role including experience of diary management

- Experience of medical terminology.
