An exciting opportunity has arisen within Medicine at the Freeman Hospital. We are looking for a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse who is dedicated to improving patient care through effective leadership, management and education within Older Persons Medicine on Ward 15 at the Freeman Hospital.
We are looking for a forward thinking, passionate, proactive and innovative person who will be committed to leading by example, encouraging and empowering the team to ensure consistently high standards of care are met and a service of excellence to our patients and their families and carers is delivered. You will need to be credible and visibly present, to ensure high standards of care continue, and a safe, effective, responsive, outstanding and compassionate service is delivered.
