Job summary
Joining the Patient and Staff Experience Programme at Newcastle Hospitals Trust as a Data Analyst, presents a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the organisation's commitment to listening to--and acting on--feedback from patients, families, and staff. This fixed-term role is ideal for someone with strong data analysis skills, a passion for interpreting and presenting feedback in insightful ways, and a genuine curiosity about patient and staff experience data as a powerful tool for storytelling and driving impact.

Your attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be essential to success in this role. Equally important are your communication skills, particularly your ability to convey complex data information in a clear and accessible way that resonates with different stakeholders.
We encourage interested candidates to have a conversation about the role before applying, to ensure a clear understanding of the focus and expectations of the work. A genuine commitment to working with data in a way that honours the stories and experiences behind it is essential.
