Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Patient Safety Performance Administrator to join our perinatal Patient Safety team. The role plays a crucial part in supporting patient safety and service performance across the organization.
You will provide high-quality administrative and analytical support, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting and monitoring programmes such as the Maternity Incentive Scheme and other safety processes and key performance indicators.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with the Patient Safety Midwives and provide administrative support by;
- establishing meetings including agenda preparation, minute taking and action planning
- co-ordinate and manage all administrative functions of the Maternity Incentive Scheme and other safety processes and Key Process indicators
- collate analyse and interpret performance data in a timely manner to support decision making
- work closely with information, finance and other teams to support Directorate Management teams in the development and implementation of action plans to improve performance
- Work with clinical and non clinical colleagues to promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement

Assist in ensuring that timely, validated and approved compliance information is reported to the Board of Directors, commissioners and other relevant bodies, identifying and addressing any discrepancies prior to submission.Co-ordinate and manage the accurate, timely submission of data in liaison with other stakeholders across the Trust.Advise on and provide bespoke reports to corporate teams and the Clinical Board management team.Work closely with Information, Finance and other corporate teams to support Directorate Management teams in the development and implementation of action plans to improve performance.

- Work in diverse roles and be able to balance the requirement of each role, producing information and meeting deadlines.

- Provide administrative support to adhoc/seasonal projects undertaken by the Directorate including data collections, surveys and summary reports relating to performance, contracting, planning or other business needs.

- Create, manage and maintain files which are used to assist in the monitoring of Trust and Directorate performance information.
