Working as an integral part of the catering department retail team role is based in the Leazes Wing bistro RVI site providing out of hours services for staff in the 24 hour bistro.

Main duties of the job
Preparation and service of a range of food items out of hours including a selection of hot meals and deli style options.
Working closely with other members of the catering team including service staff, chefs, cashiers.
Duties will involve cash handling, food and beverage service.
Responsibility for cleanliness of department, compliance, with all hygiene and legislative requirements including Food Safety Management, Allergen Information etc
