This can require considerable resilience and insight and you will liaise with colleagues from many external partnership services, requiring good coordination and organisation skills.

Main duties of the job
Providing outstanding standards of care, takes a successful multi-disciplinary approach and you will work alongside a large team of talented individuals including medical, surgical, anaesthetic and intensive care teams, allied health professionals, pharmacists and many more.
Our teams also include many nurse specialists and as such there is great scope for progression to more specialist and other senior nursing and managerial roles.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
There is a multitude of opportunities for career development within our Trust. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in particular is extremely important to us, to ensure our staff can fully liberate their potential. Cancer Services Ward 36 Day Unit
Regional day unit for treatments and assessment. Preferred experience and chemo qualified.
Theatres
Specialist theatres including Cardio Thoracic Surgery, Candidates must have experience within the theatre environment.
Dental Hospital Day Unit
All aspects of the patient journey from admission to discharge, including procedures carried out under general anaesthetic.

Ward 35 Neonates
A busy level 3 Neonatal Unit comprising of 12 ITU, 14 High dependency and 12 Low dependency cots. We provide care for Term and Preterm babies who require support at birth. We care for babies with complex health needs, babies who require Surgical intervention, Neurological or Cardiac input.
Our Nursing team rotate within all areas of the Ward. We provide an excellent staff development programme and facilitate the opportunity for career progression. We welcome Registered Adult nurses to apply. Neonatal and Intensive Care experience is desirable, but not essential.
