Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a specific interest in education to work with the Digital Health Team to support the service in the planning and delivery of digital health training and education. The post will work alongside the Digital Health Nurse Specialists and the IT training team to support and deliver ongoing education for clinical staff within the Trust. The postholder will also be required to initiate, investigate and support the development as well as the implementation of Digital Health projects.

Main duties of the job

It is essential that you hold a current Healthcare Professional Registration as described in the job description and have recent experience of working with one of the Trusts Electronic Patient record systems supporting staff with training and education. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and should hold a teaching or assessing qualification. We are looking for staff with experience in Digital Health, with a flexible and adaptable approach who can act as a resource and role model within the clinical areas.

Working alongside Digital Health Colleagues the successful candidate will lead, support and deliver on Digital Health Projects, supporting the departments in the implementation and ongoing review.

The post-holder will also have excellent communication and development skills, and a good understanding of the issues linked with current care / education issues. You should be self-motivated, an excellent communicator and have proven clinical and educational skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as autonomously.
