Job summary
The Clerk Receptionist is the first point of contact for any of our patients and day-to-day clinic queries.
In this role you will work at part of a team including Dentists, Dental Nurses, Dental Students, Trainee Dental nurses.
Our patients are mainly adults & children with additional needs who need extra support in order to receive Dental care.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for booking/cancelling appointments either face-to-face or over the phone, checking patients in, arranging patient transport, arranging interpreters.
They will also take on general admin tasks such as, checking voicemails, processing referral letters, creating new patient records
