Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Outpatient Senior Clerk to join this busy teaching hospital to assist in the deployment and supervision of staff in the Appointments Centre, maintaining a level of efficiency to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is a member of a team of Senior Clerks who are responsible for the daily supervision of clerical/reception staff within a large multi-disciplinary.

We are looking for individuals who are organised, flexible, enthusiastic and well-motivated to take on the role of a Outpatient Senior Clerk.

You will work closely with the Administration Manager/Team Lead and will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision. To join our team, you must be committed to the delivery of a first-class administrative service. As well as having excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
