Job summary

Working within our Retail Team providing Hospitality throughout the Trust along with the day to day running of the staff Bistro's on the Royal Victoria Infirmary site.

While this role is for the retail operation you may be asked to provide cover in other areas of the department and across sites. We provide a service to staff 365 days a year and you may need to work weekends.

We also have a new Bistro opening towards the end of March beginning of April and the successful candidate will be involved in the planning, training and opening of the new Bistro.

Main duties of the job

Your duties will include working with the Senior Hospitality Supervisor, Rosters, cash handling, supervising of staff, Keeping records up to date , paper work, Health & Hygiene, function work, serving customers, dealing with complaints, menu planning, working with other teams around the trust, using Catering Systems including our new APP, staff training and providing hot food for staff.
