The Dermatology Outpatient Department is based at the Royal Victoria Infirmary and is one of the largest and most highly respected units of its kind in the UK.
The department is excited to be able to offer the opportunity for a reliable, hardworking and motivated senior clerk to join the Dermatology Outpatient Digital Dermatology team.

Main duties of the job
You will work with and support the Patient Navigator and current outpatient staff carrying out duties which will include, booking of face to face and digital appointments, supervisory duties for the team, helping to maintain team rotas, assisting in the completion of departmental appointment reconciliation, scheduling appointments, working on reception, coordinating patients' clinical information for Outpatient appointments, and dealing with patient telephone queries amongst other general office duties.
You should be able to integrate well with the existing team, be flexible in supporting the functions of the department and have a genuine desire to contribute to providing a quality service for patients.
