We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Clinical Administrator to join our team providing a comprehensive administration service to the Assertive Outreach and Homeless Service.
This is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week to be worked Wednesday to Friday.
The Assertive Outreach Service has been specifically set up to work in partnership with people with long-standing mental health needs which are psychotic in nature and the service is provided within a multidisciplinary team approach (including nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, doctors and support workers) where all staff can be involved in a persons care package.
The Homeless Mental Health Service is an award winning multi-disciplinary team offering, engagement, mental health assessment and referral to mainstream mental health and support services for people age 16+ who are homeless (sleeping rough in hostels) or staying in temporary accommodation (sofa surfing etc.).
For this role, we are looking for people with great administration experience, strong communication skills and supervisory experience with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. You'll need to be highly organised with good planning skills and highly skilled in Microsoft Office.
Main duties of the job
Supporting a clinical team
Supervision of admin team.
Managing workflow within team.
Managing referrals Telephone and written correspondence with patients.
Diary management Preparing agendas and taking minutes Organising meetings.
Data inputting and creating spreadsheets.
Other general administration duties.
