Job summary
Job Overview:
To provide administrative support to the clinical and nursing staff at a new pilot project - the CAMHS Day Patient service.
The successful candidate will be required to work alongside clinical staff to support the provision of high-quality care to patients to ensure a smooth transition through the service and to prevent admission to hospital. You will be responsible for managing the team's timetable of groups and ensuring that all sessions are arranged in accordance with the requirements of the team.

Main duties of the job
Job Description Summary (Main duties and responsibilities):
Managing the teams timetable of groups and ensuring all online sessions are arranged, sending correspondence, liaising with clinical staff, scanning of documentation onto patient records, Email and task management - own and on behalf of the clinical team.
Taking the minutes of meetings with staff and patients.
Working with other administrative staff in the Beacon team to ensure that a high quality service is provided at all times.
