Patient testimonial "a place of safety where people understood what I was going through and never judged me. The staff were always there to listen, guide and support me during a very difficult time and they genuinely cared. They helped me see who I was, that I am an okay person who deserves happiness, and that life without this illness is not only possible but worth fighting for. They taught me how to find a precious fiveminute break from the chaos of my mind, but most of all, they gave me back my life and for the first time in forever, they gave me hope"
