Job summary

Are you a high performing, senior healthcare leader ready for your next challenge?

The Community Health Services (CHS) directorate within Leicestershire Partnership Trust provides services across several community hospitals, in a wide range of other community settings and in patients homes, all managed through a single point of access.

At a system level, CHS plays a crucial role in neighbourhood working, ensuring the right care, in the right place at the right time. If patients do require acute hospital admission, we are responsible for ensuring discharge to LPT inpatient settings where required, and subsequently back into services delivered in patients own homes or residential / nursing homes.

This work is complex, requires teams to think beyond traditional organisational boundaries and requires leadership that can effectively engage and work with other systems partners.

We are looking for an experienced senior healthcare leader, with outstanding leadership skills and confidence to drive performance and transformation in a complex environment, to deliver high-quality outcomes and experiences for patients and staff.

The successful candidate will have shown that they are an effective, visible, and approachable leader who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both within and across organisational boundaries.
