Job summary
To provide high quality, responsive and co-ordinated administrative support to the Leicestershire Recovery College. Working collaboratively with various teams, partner organisations and external agencies to ensure that accurate records are maintained, and services are provided based on need. - To provide effective administrative support to the Leicestershire Recovery College that ensures all enrolments are managed within an effective timescale. - To provide a friendly and efficient Reception Service and ensuring essential resources and equipment are maintained. - To accurately use and maintain information systems within specified timescales. - To provide high quality customer care and to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills and have the ability to meet the needs of clients with barriers to understanding and access to mental health services, either via telephone, electronic forms of communication or face to face. - To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners. - To provide and demonstrate high quality customer care to anyone accessing the service.
