Job summary
We have an opening for an administrative assistant within Leicestershire Partnership Trust working within a friendly and diverse Healthy Together team supporting the 0-11 Service across Leicestershire and Rutland.
Working closely with Public Health Nurses, Healthy Child Programme practitioners and Clinical Team Leaders alongside a wider administrative team, the role is varied and enjoyable.
We are seeking to recruit a full time permanent team member working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday based at County Hall, Leicester.
If you are a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who enjoys being part of a team, we want to hear from you. You will need to display excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach to work and be able to prioritise your own workload.

Main duties of the job
The role will involve:
- Managing and prioritising your own workload.
- Booking appointments for patients within specific timeframes.
- Maintaining Electronic Patient Records Following and inputting into Standard Operating Procedures.
- Call Handling.
- Scanning documents onto patient records.
- Using Microsoft Office Packages; Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Working as part of a friendly administrative team.
- Being adaptable and Flexible to change.
- Having excellent attention to detail.
