As a Band 7 Practice Development Lead the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) provides the ideal environment for you to expand your existing skills. This is for a fixed-term 12 month contract.
We are seeking an experienced Practitioner who has significant post qualification experience working therapeutically as part of the Mental Health Support Team (MHST).
As a registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist, you will work throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland supporting children young people, their families and carers to promote best practice.

Main duties of the job
The MHST is a low intensity service which offers a range of therapeutic interventions to children and young people.This can include 1:1 therapy, group work and whole-school approach.
The Band 7 Practice Development Lead will work closely with the clinical leads and family service managers to support and strengthen pathways and policies within the service.
