Job summary
We are now seeking to recruit a Specialist Grade Doctor to join our Community Paediatrics services on a full time or part time basis. We are really pleased that you are seeking a career at LPT, you will work in partnership with members of well-established multi-disciplinary team in the expanding work of locality based community paediatric teams.
You will have clinical experience in Community Paediatrics and have the relevant experience in the clinical management of children including those with neuro-development, emotional, behavioural and attachment difficulties, child protection, and adult health issues pertinent to parenting.
As an experienced clinician you will work autonomously to a level of defined competencies working closely with staff for Children's Therapy and Children's Nursing Services, CAMHS Team, and the staff of the Children and Young People's Education Service(s).
Main duties of the job
We want a Specialist Grade Doctor who can Deliver the highest quality of clinical care to our patents and carers The post holder will be required to work in partnership to provide initial assessment and treatment initiation where appropriate of patients referred to the service. The post holder will need to ensure that people who use services, carers and advocates are treated with respect and dignity A specimen timetable illustrating how the specialty doctor timetable may be arranged within the current framework can be found in the attached job description. You will engage with the development of your Job Plan.
