Business Manager to Deputy CEO/Managing Director

Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, motivated, and enthusiastic (Full-Time - 37.5 hours) individual to join the Managing Director/Deputy CEOs office at Leicestershire Partnership Trust (LPT).

Main duties of the job

This is a key role for the organisation and requires a flexible individual who is able to manage competing demands, priorities and deadlines that change on a daily/regular basis. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor delivering day-to-day administrative support, including diary and email management, to the Managing Director. The role will also support the co-ordination of Board, Committee and highlight reports and co-ordinate the workflow of the managing director.

The successful post holder will support the F2SU (Freedom to Speak Up) Lead Guardians including the development and management of reporting processes in line with Trust governance structures and raising awareness of F2SU across the organisation.

We are looking for an individual with relevant business management qualifications or equivalent experience, with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and with the ability to work under pressure and using their own initiative.

The post holder will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders and patients so will have exemplary communication skills to ensure that a positive impression of the Trusts is maintained at all times.
