We have a fantastic opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our Memory Service at Evington Centre within the Directorate of Adult Mental Health.
Evington Centre is a Community Mental Health Team base supporting older people with mental health difficulties in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. This role will be supporting this team in Evington Centre through a varied amount of admin support.

Main duties of the job
The post involves Admin cover in the Memory Service. Being responsible formaintaining records; reporting issues; scanning and typing of letters; photocopying; emails, and telephone calls.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries from patients and referrers. Responsible for monitoring service emails, inputting referrals. Creating and sending patient clinical correspondence and reports.
The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude and flexibility to cover colleagues and sometimes provide cover at alternative bases.
You'll need to remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise, and there will be contact with patients relatives and members of the public.
