Job summary

The Centralised Staffing Solutions team is looking to recruit friendly, team orientated individuals with experience of working in a busy administrative environment.

Centralised Staffing Solutions supply a temporary workforce that support our clinical services covering community and inpatient services across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. We can offer a variety of locations including the city, Wigston/Oadby, Loughborough to name a few.

As a bank administrator you will be playing a crucial part in helping us ensure continuous delivery of our services to our service users. Our reception desks, administrative hubs, back-office functions, and wards are seeking temporary staff who are enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, who can support our services during core business hours.

Our temporary staffing placements fill an immediate short-term need for services that require cover on weekdays; requirements are typically between 22.5 hours and 37.5 hours per week and individual placements will typically last longer than four weeks.

WE ARE CURRENTLY REVIEWING OUR OFFICE LOCATIONS FOR THIS ROLE, AND THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THE ROLE MAY SHORTLY BE BASED AT COUNTY HALL BY THE GLENFIELD HOSPITAL SITE.

Main duties of the job

To work as part of an administrative team providing temporary, high quality and co-ordinated support as specified within each temporary placement request.

To access office systems and other information systems, undertake general office duties as required, including filing, scanning, photocopying, management, and disposal of confidential information, to provide an effective administration service, as required by the temporary placement
