We have an fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our Community Mental Health Team at Hynca Lodge within the directorate of Adult Mental Health.

The post is very varied and involves reception cover, taking telephone calls, inputting data, booking patient appointments and providing admin support.

Hynca Lodge is a Community Mental Health Team base supporting older people with mental health difficultiescovering Hinckley, Bosworth and North West Leicestershire We also host other services such as Physiotherapy, Learning Disability, Audiology, Health Visitors and Heart Nurses.

Main duties of the job

The post involves Reception cover, including front of house cover.

Other duties include maintaining records; reporting Estates issues; testing and documenting alarm systems; scanning and typing of letters; photocopying; emails, telephone calls.

The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude and flexibility to cover colleagues, and sometimes provide cover at alternative bases.

You'll need to remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise, and there will be contact with patients and relatives and members of the public.
