This role is based at the Valentine Centre and is on a rota basis to 8pm Monday to Thursday. This is always agreed in advance and shifts allocated.

Main duties of the job
You will be an integral part of the team, providing administrative support to clinical staff, wider admin team, external agencies, patients and families . This demanding role will require the post holder to use their full range of administrative skills to ensure an efficient service is provided. The role comprises a wide range of specific duties and requires competence in all Microsoft Office applications.
Your role will involve liaising with clinical staff, families, parents & young people to ensure a smooth transition through our service, creating meetings, taking minutes, task and email management and a good telephone manner.
You will need to be a good team player, have strong emotional resilience with excellent organisational and communication skills. You need to be able to work both on your own initiative and as part of the wider team prioritising your work effectively.
