We have a great opportunity for a Senior Clinical Administrator to join our team within the Perinatal and Maternal Mental Health Services.
The Perinatal Mental Health Service is a team of health professionals that provide personalised and specialist care to people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who have moderate to severe mental health problems relating to pregnancy, childbirth and the first year following a child birth.
We are looking for people with administration experience, strong communication skills, organised with good planning skills and the ability to work on their own and in a team. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Clinical Administrator you will be overseeing, planning and monitoring workflow for team and self.
You will be managing referrals, dealing with telephone queries and written correspondence with patients with the ability to liaise with service users in a calm and compassionate manner.
Other duties of the role include diary management, organising meetings along with preparing agendas and taking minutes,data inputting and creating spreadsheets.
The role also includes working in an administrative supervisor capacity which includes supervising or line managing staff and the ability to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrative and clinical teams.
