Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust for an Information and Performance Analyst who can play a key role in the delivery of a comprehensive information service.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Integrated Information Team as an Information and Performance Analyst. In this exciting and fast-paced role, you will work across all areas of our trust to provide expert analysis, reporting, and insights to guide decision making and performance improvements.

We are looking for someone passionate about analytics, committed to continuous learning, and excited to be part of a collaborative team driving innovation. The ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trusted partnerships is essential.

Main duties of the job

As the Information and Performance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

Leverage your strong analytical skills to extract value from complex data sets and identify trends and insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical departments to understand their information needs.

Design and automate reporting solutions to provide self-service analytics capabilities.

Continuously improve our information systems, data flows, and reporting tools.

Present your findings and recommendations to diverse audiences including senior leaders.
