An exciting opportunity has arisen in Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust for a Senior Information Analyst who can play a key role in the delivery of a comprehensive information service.

Working within the Integrated Information Team you will be working closely with our clinical and corporate services to make a strong contribution to help us meet our strategic and operational objectives. The Trust utilises the BI tools QlikView and Qlik Sense and has a vision to provide self-service ward to board performance information across the Trust. Although QlikView experience is not necessary it is advantageous for candidates to have experience with this tool.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about using information to drive change. You will have a proven track record of working with NHS data sets, designing, and presenting dashboards, and manipulating, analysing, and presenting data. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet key deadlines.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work effectively with a wide range of colleagues and use a variety of leadership, analytical, project, communication and information management skills. This will involve a mixture of:

Team leadership responsibility and line management responsibilities for analytical staff working in their team, always with a focus on delivering excellent, user-friendly information that makes a real difference to how we deliver and support our services,

complex analytical work,

advanced automated reporting,

project and problem-solving activities,

designing and supporting the set-up of information systems and processes,

delivering a timetable of accurate, timely internal and external information reports.
