Job summary
The Workforce Systems Team is on a mission to delight the thousands of staff members who rely on systems;
- to claim travel and expenses
- for learning management and performance
- to record absences
- to roster staff in for shifts
We're an operational team that focuses on delivering excellent customer care and being there for consumers when they need us most. We're looking for someone who is passionate about focusing on the consumer and educating them on how to efficiently use systems so that they can spend more time delivering quality patient care.
As a Workforce Systems Advisor, you will be the product expert who solves customers most challenging issues.

Main duties of the job
Responsibilities:
Solve technical issues for customers by troubleshooting and investigating problems, prioritising and escalating issues, and proactively identifying support needs
Focus on educating and empowering the user so that they are able to complete the task by themselves
Comply with call logging procedures and provide first line technical support
Create and maintain bespoke application support documentation
