Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Physiotherapists
with a clinical interest and experience in musculoskeletal conditions to join
the MSK service across Leicestershire and Leicester City. We have opportunities
across the service, including positions in the Leicester City, Coalville and Lutterworth
teams.

We receive referrals from multiple
sources such as GP, consultants and self- referrals and we offer a variety of
telephone/virtual consultation and face to face appointments for our service
users, giving variation within the role for our staff to develop skills within
each of these areas.
We also encourage growth within
teams, supporting an individuals career progression and have a developing FCP
programme, clinical specialist support and leadership opportunities to be undertaken.
Main duties of the job
You will need to be able to
demonstrate a working knowledge of current issues and evidence of continuing
professional development in the management of MSK conditions.
You must have a positive attitude,
excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve both clinically
and non-clinically.
You will need to be able to
prioritise and manage your own caseload as well as being able to motivate
yourself and others.
You will need to be team player and
also be able to work autonomously.
You will be
proficient in using electronic patient records and managing patients both face
to face and remotely.
It is essential that you are a car
owner / driver or have access to suitable alternative transport.
The Trust is progressing toward a seven day per week working pattern. At
present our service operates from Monday to Friday with no changes presently
envisaged, however, should this position alter the post holder must be prepared
to work the weekly contracted hours over a 7-day rotation in accordance with
the needs of the service.
