Job summary

We currently use a nationally implemented smartcard registration and maintenance system called CIS (Care Identity Service). We support a lot of organisations for Smartcards and have deployed CIS however we are now going through Smartcard Access and making the required changes/ updates to CIS Positions. To support this and other smaller projects, we are looking for a data entry administrator whose tasks will include data input and electronically assigning access positions to smartcard user profiles. Looking for a candidate who is used to repetitive tasks but can still maintain attention to detail. Your duties will extend to contacting authorised personnel known as Sponsors in these organisations to gather smartcard site information, book Sponsor training sessions and put together resource training material

Main duties of the job

To work closely with the CIS Project Officer and team, to develop and implement a plan for data collection and entry.

To be able to adhere to data inputting deadlines/ timescales set for individual tasks.

To process requests using the Self-Service Portal and CIS.

To adhere and work towards achieving targets e.g. SLAs.

To prioritise own workload to ensure that all administrative activities are executed with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, with particular emphasis upon accuracy and timeliness.

To scan documents as requested and drafting responses to standard enquiries.

To maintain accurate records of all administration duties, including maintenance of generic mailbox and archiving accurately for audit purposes.
