The Centralised Staffing Solutions team is looking to recruit an individual with experience of working in a busy administrative environment. If you are flexible, charismatic, have professional phone manner, work well under pressure, understand the importance of teamwork and are methodical in your approach to tasks then we are keen to hear from you.
You will be the first point of contact for calls associated with the supply of temporary staffing functions within Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. You will be a key player in the promotion and development of the temporary staffing service and will need to have a strong customer-focused approach. You will need to be able to deal with conflict and highly complex and sensitive information, as well as have the proven ability of building relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
PLEASE NOTE: Our booking team operates different shift patterns on a 7 day week working pattern. Our operation hours are from 06:00 20:00 Monday to Friday and 06:00 to 18:00 Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: A flexible working pattern is must. We require someone who will be able to commit working a mixture of Early, Late shifts and able to work across the weekend on a rotational basis.
Main duties of the job
Main duties
Be part of the Call Centre rota providing cover for the central email inbox and phones as required
To be a point of contact for the areas requesting temporary staffing
Through eRostering arrange same day and advanced bookings with temporary staffing in line with requests
To arrange agency bookings with areas if shifts cannot be filled using the Bank system
To make outbound calls in attempt to fill shift vacancies
To work towards set team KPIs in relation to shift fill and help to reduce reliance on agency
Liaise directly with agencies approved by the Trust
Ensure bank system is updated with temporary staffing details
Follow agreed processes concerning employee inductions
Field and filter calls into the department
Deal with bank enquiries in accordance with agreed protocols, referring more complex matters accordingly
Assist in training of new members of the team in routine tasks such as how agreed processes work
Maintain general filing system of central inbox and shared electronic files
General data inputting utilising online bank system and excel spreadsheets
Ensuring accurate data inputting in line with GDPR data protocols
To maintain good record keeping
To provide cover for other team members during holidays, sickness as and when required
Participate in activities to improve service provision and development and to make the services of the team both more customer friendly and easier to access
Any other duties commensurate with the post and grade
