Job summary
Are you the person we are looking for? You may have seen in the media that LPT has received additional funding to increase the numbers of beds within our Community Hospitals.
Due to this expansion, we are now seeking motivated and confident Staff Nurses to work on our two wards at Hinckley & Bosworth Community Hospital. The wards are nurse led which will give you high levels of autonomy and satisfaction in delivering excellent care, supporting rehabilitation and increasing patient independence.
Our wards provide sub-acute care, medical step down, rehabilitation and palliative care. You can make a real difference to patients on our wards and their positive feedback can be seen reflected in our FFT results. Patients have said the following - "excellent care", "you looked after me well", and "if I needed anything someone was always there".

Main duties of the job
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in a nurse led environment.
Assisting with and contributing to the management and organisation of the ward.
Delivery of high-quality care.
Participating in education, development and supervision of other staff members and students.
Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of clients/ service users and their families.
