Job summary

Are you the person we are looking for?

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) has been given additional funding to increase the numbers of RNAs within our Community Hospitals. If you are a highly motivated, compassionate and proactive Nursing Associate then you are the right person to become an essential part of our team.

LPT has thirteen wards based across seven sites which provide sub-acute care, medical step down, rehabilitation and palliative care. The wards are nurse led which will give you high levels of autonomy and satisfaction. As a Nursing Associate you would be a vital part of the team providing and monitoring care for a designated group of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse, without direct supervision.

If this is something that appeals to you, then please apply. You are welcome to visit one of our wards during the application process to give you an insight to the types of care delivered, our MDT working processes and how we work with our patients and their families to facilitate safe discharge home. If you would like to arrange a visit, please contact the name on this advert.

Free parking is available at all of our sites.

Most sites have a bus stop outside the hospital.

The Trust will provide secondment opportunities for Nursing Associates who wish to undertake Registered Nurse training.

The Trust encourages a healthy work life balance and flexible working opportunities are available.
