Business Assistant (Band 3 -Monday to Friday,37.5 hours per week)

As an
Administrator at LPT you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive
administration service to a specific area of the mental health team which will
include duties such as:
- Supporting a clinical team
- Managing referrals
- Telephone and written correspondence
with patients
- Diary management
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Organising meetings
- Data inputting and creating
spreadsheets
- Other general administration duties
This is an incredibly
rewarding role working with a team who support people with mental health
difficulties across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
For this role, we are looking for people with great administration experience and strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own and in a team. You'll need to be highly organised with good planning skills and highly skilled in Microsoft Office. It is a very friendly environment, and we are looking for people who demonstrate our values of Compassion, Trust, Respect and Integrity.
